Great Questions Branden!
let’s get them answered one at a time.
The Investor Books Pro System with Tenant Tracking is the ONLY Complete system for real estate investors using QuickBooks Pro.
I created this system for my own business back in around 1992 or so. In 2002 my system was released for all investors and there are perhaps a thousand users or more of this system today
This system does not interact with any websites, nor does it generate leads; however, our 5mWebsites does generate leads from motivated sellers, tenants, buyers, and more… check out mine at http://VistaKY.com and more details at http://5mWebsites.com
Next up “How does this software track work orders from different properties? (is this online acessable)”
YES, every work order begins by entering the property/unit involved. Yes this is online accessible.
NEXT UP: “How does this software support/track customer payments?”
YES, YES, and YES…
NEXT UP: “and do all bank deposits have to be manually input into the system?”
YES, and this is a good thing. We actually deposit all checks and money orders with a scanner provided to us years ago from our bank.
my office manager can load a boatload of checks, (at the first of the month she may 60 payments or more in about 2 minutes)
Tenant Tracking produces your deposit summary report detailing payments received by property. This Summary Report is used to enter the deposit into your Investor Books.
Here is short video explaining how these 2 company files are separate and independent of each other.
